| Coming Soon - A new web site and a new shipping company. |

| Starting December with the release of our new web site, we'll be changing from the United States Postal Service as our primary shipper to UPS. This is in response to many customers' requests for tracking and status information on their orders. With USPS we were not able to give this level of service as we only had Delivery Confirmation numbers supplied. However, with UPS, we will have online tracking information available from our site. We will also be adding the capability to review previous orders, shipping status, and other useful information. So, watch for this coming in December.
