and come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. |

for payment. Regular clients and distributors may
fax or email us a purchase order. |

Can I pay for
my purchase in another currency? |

| We charge in U.S. funds primarily,
however, depending on the country you reside in,
your credit card may be converted into the currency
of your country. If you wish to pay for a purchase
with Canadian dollars, Australian dollars, Euros
(€), or UK Sterling (£), the only possible
options would be to pay using Paypal
or a money order. To do this, please contact us
and we will gladly convert your invoice using current
exchange rates. |

How do I open
an account with terms? |

| You will have to send an email
to our Sales Department requesting an account be
opened. After a credit check, and approval, an account
will be opened for you. Only account holders have
access to payment terms. |

How long will
shipping take? |
 |
| That depends on the shipping method
you choose. Since we ship on a daily basis, you
order will usually ship within 24 hours. We use
UPS as our carrier of choice. UPS Standard or Ground
shipping can take from 4-10 days to arrive at its
destination depending on where you are located.
If you need your order more urgently, then please
choose one of the optional services from UPS including
Expedited (2-day service) or Express (next-day)
service. |

What if I'm unhappy
with my item? |

But if for any reason you are not 100% happy with
your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange
